Auditions for new ‘Dirty Dancing’ U.S. Tour

Another Dirty Dancing National Tour is set for America for the 2017-18 Season! With direction by Sarna Lapine and choreography by Kate Champion and Michele Lynch, Dirty Dancing: The Classic Story on Stage will return to tell the story of Baby and Johnny, two independent young spirits from different worlds who come together for the summer of their lives.

Casting directors are seeking non-union male and female dancers of all ethnicities to self-submit for a general audition for this production. They are looking for dancers with excellent technique in classical ballet or modern dance, and partnering skills are essential. Any training in Latin or ballroom dance is a plus. Singing is not required!
