Ballet Beyond Borders L.A Dance Challenge & Festival

Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre announced today the Los Angeles/Westchester premiere of its signature Ballet Beyond Borders dance challenge, festival and diplomacy exchange. Ballet Beyond Borders will be held at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center August 7 – 10, 2019 with special performances scheduled at the Los Angeles International Airport as well as collaborations on the Loyola Marymount University campus.

BBB presents performers with an opportunity to leave their footprints on a global stage. Participants and guests are encouraged to embrace the fact that Ballet Beyond Borders is an OPEN land, with an OPEN heart and an OPEN dialogue. BBB is an inclusive society.

 
Prizes, Scholarships & Education: Prizes will include cash, scholarships, and awards to prestigious programs in the USA and abroad. In addition to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in every category, special recognition prizes will be awarded from the distinguished international jury panel. All amateurs, students, and professionals of all nationalities are eligible and encouraged to apply for the BBB dance challenge. Participants will also have the opportunity to express themselves and compete in an essay contest reflecting on the mission of Ballet Beyond Borders.
