School at Steps’ Complete Dancer Series

The School at Steps' Complete Dancer Series The School at Steps will host its first annual Complete Dancer Series event this November. The event will include a panel discussion entitled “Ask the Pros” featuring professional dancers from various disciplines and professions.

Joining the panel discussion will be former New York City Ballet dancer and current Broadway performer Kurt Froman, known for being the associate choreographer of the dance film Black Swan and the resident choreographer of the musical Billy Elliot; the gorgeous Paloma Garcia-Lee, a Broadway performer known for her role in Phantom of the Opera; and Tiler Peck, a NYCB Principal who recently received the 2013 Princess Grace Statue Award. Plus, an unnamed Rockette will chime in with her experience of performing with the precision dance company known to be based out of Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan.

This panel discussion will be held in Loft III of the school’s studios on Sunday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for general admission are $10.

Other upcoming Complete Dancer Series events include a “Pointe Shoe Workshop & Fair” on Sunday, February 9 and an “Injury Prevention Workshop” on Sunday, April 6. For more information about these events, click here.
