Shake the Ground to begin new 2016 season

Shake the Ground Ultimate Dance Competition 2016Shake the Ground, a standout leader in the dance competition industry, is preparing to commence its 2016 season, which includes 11 regional events and one national final. Registration is still open!

 

Directed by Lissette Salgado-Lucas and David Lucas, Shake the Ground will kick off its tour close to its home base in Miramar, FL. The first event will be held in West Palm Beach on January 22-23.

 

Following that event, the dance competition will then visit: Ft. Myers, FL (January 29-31); Atlanta, GA (February 13); Mobile, AL (February 27); Orlando (March 11-13); Statesboro, GA (March 19-20); Charlotte, NC (April 2); Tampa, FL (April 8-10); Miramar, FL (April 22-24); Jacksonville, FL (April 30-May 1); and Raleigh, NC (May 21.) The National Final will on June 24-26 in Orlando, FL.

 

Each Shake The Ground event offers a free masterclass in addition to its state-of-the-art, high-class competition. Dancers can look forward to learning from a renowned teacher/choreographer like “STG EmCee” Peter Sabasino, Rory Freeman (of Shaping Sound), Joey Hernandez (of Millennium Dance Complex in Chicago) or Carlos Garland (former SYTYCD competitor.)
