Avant Chamber Ballet announces “Together We Dance”

Avant Chamber Ballet (ACB) is proud to present Together We Dance, a free, family-friendly celebration of dance and live music, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The outdoor performance will take place at the Muse Family Performance Pavilion in Klyde Warren Park.

For the second year, Together We Dance brings elite regional dance companies to showcase the vibrant diversity of the local performing arts scene. This year’s highly anticipated lineup features dynamic performances by Avant Chamber Ballet’s professional company and trainees, alongside prominent guest organizations including Ballet Frontier, Bombshell Dance Project, Dallas Black Dance Theatre: Encore!, Grackle Dance Collective, and Pegasus Contemporary Ballet.

Consistent with ACB’s foundational mission to integrate live music into every performance, the event will feature a live accompaniment by acclaimed pianist Kamilya Akhemtova.

“We love bringing the energy of live performing arts out into public spaces where families can experience the absolute best of Dallas dance in a welcoming, relaxed setting,” said Katie Puder, Artistic Director of Avant Chamber Ballet. “Exposure to live arts beyond a screen is more important than ever for young audiences, and this performance serves as the perfect, accessible entry point.”

Together We Dance serves as a brilliant kickoff to Avant Chamber Ballet’s 14th subscription season. Following this park performance, ACB will transition to Moody Performance Hall in the Dallas Arts District for its mainstage season, opening with Philip Glass’s Dracula on October 30–31, 2026.
