Joffrey Ballet School releases new video

As part of a fun new video series promoting its upcoming Summer Program Auditions, the Joffrey Ballet School will be releasing a new video each week for the next month or so.

In this video, we see Complexions Contemporary Ballet dancer Jenna Graves attack the pointe slide, a move that requires strong ankles, great balance and extraordinary skill. This is one move that ballet dancers can attempt this summer at a Joffrey Ballet School intensive.

Plus, for those dancers interested in a summer intensive, they can apply to win a scholarship! In case you haven’t heard the big news, Dance Informa and the Joffrey Ballet School are offering a quarter-million dollars in summer intensive scholarships – not to mention a paid yearlong position in the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group too!
