Live the College Experience While Dancing at Ballet 5:8!

Ballet 5:8 is thrilled to announce they now offer year-round housing for Conservatory, Trainee, and Second Company Programs! For just $500 per month, students can stay in suite-style rooms with free WiFi, 24-hour security, on-site laundry, and more! There are limited spots available and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Housing is available after acceptance into a year-round program.

If you are interested in auditioning with Ballet 5:8 next season, they will begin an audition tour this December. The audition dates are as follows: December 27^th-29^th, Los Angeles; January 4^th, New York City; January 4^th, Nashville; January 11^th , Detroit; January 18^th, Birmingham; and January 25^th, Chicago.

By auditioning for Ballet 5:8’s Conservatory Program, Trainee Program, Second Company, Professional Company or one of their Summer Programs. you will take the next step in joining a team of passionate individuals dedicated to pursuing excellence in the art form of ballet, inspiring meaningful conversation of life and faith, and making a difference in our world. The mission of Ballet 5:8 is to spark discussion of life and faith, through innovative storytelling and breathtaking dance. Ballet 5:8 is a female and minority-led premiere ballet company recognized for artistic excellence, innovation and beauty. Mexican American Artistic Director Julianna Rubio Slager is a 2023 National Visiting Fellow for the School of American Ballet and a finalist for the Chicago Dancemakers Forum. She creates dynamic ballet experiences drawing from life, faith, and diverse perspectives that tell stories for the 21st century.
