The 2026 BOLD IMPACT Gala honors two leaders who have left an indelible mark on the city's dance landscape through their selfless service, fierce advocacy, and unstoppable vision. This year, it is See Chicago Dance's profound honor to acknowledge Jose Luis Ovalle Gonzalez, founder and director of the Mexican Folkloric Dance Company of Chicago, with the Legacy Award, and Jan Feldman, executive director of Lawyers for the Creative Arts, with the Distinguished Service Award.
The evening will also feature a welcome reception, raffle items, a paddle raise, a seated dinner, live performances by the Mexican Folkloric Dance Company of Chicago, and more!
