New Ballet Ensemble & School (NBE) is a nationally acclaimed Community Arts Education organization founded in 2001 to provide quality training and opportunities to all youth, regardless of their ability to pay. NBE is seeking a full-time Associate Artistic Director to teach and coordinate the training of NBE Ensemble artists, trainees, and advanced ballet students. Likewise, this position will work in partnership with the Artistic Director to engage guest artists and choreographers. Specifically, the Associate Artistic Director will be responsible for the logistics surrounding education and outreach performances and programs, and will schedule all rehearsals for the core program students as they relate to main stage and community performances. Lastly, the position requires the ability to be adept at working with diverse personality types in order to forge meaningful relationships with current and potential constituents, and help advance an environment of inclusion and professionalism in all NBE programs.
