Take a look at Joffrey Ballet School’s NYC Broadway Intensive

As part of a fun new video series promoting its upcoming Summer Program Auditions, the Joffrey Ballet School is releasing a new video each week for the next month.

In the video below, we go behind the scenes at Joffrey Ballet School’s NYC Broadway Summer Intensive, where a select group of dancers learn and practice musical theatre. Program Artistic Director Matthew Prescott notes that dancers get to take class from many current Broadway performers.

For dancers interested in this or another Joffrey Ballet School summer intensive, they can apply to win a scholarship! In case you haven’t heard the big news, Dance Informa and the Joffrey Ballet School are offering a quarter-million dollars in summer intensive scholarships – not to mention a paid yearlong position in the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group too!
