Paul Taylor Dance Company’s Lincoln Center Season

The Paul Taylor Dance Company’s 2012 Season in New York City will take place at the David H. Koch Theater (formerly known as the New York State Theater) in Lincoln Center from March 14 through April 1, 2012. Tickets to the season are on sale. “I’m excited about the move,” said Paul Taylor. “I’m looking forward to seeing my amazing dancers perform at Lincoln Center.”

“The world’s premier modern dance company will perform in one of the most prestigious theaters, at America’s greatest arts center,” said Taylor Foundation Executive Director John Tomlinson. “Our Board of Trustees is enthusiastic about the move and is confident it will heighten the awareness of Paul Taylor’s brilliant artistry.”

In 2012 the Company will present three New York City premieres, and will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Aureole, the dance that launched a Golden Age. The New York City Gala will take place at the Koch Theater on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
