AIM Invitational submissions due Friday

Do your dancers dream of performing in NYC? Does your studio want a chance to win scholarships? Dance educators and coaches are invited to bring their dancers to AIM Invitational, a prestigious performance and scholarship opportunity held at Broadway Dance Center (BDC) in New York. This year’s weekend-long event will be Friday, March 22 to Sunday, March 24. Submissions are due this Friday, March 8.

Sponsored by BDC’s youth performance company, Arts in Motion (AIM), this event offers prominent surrounding area studios and individuals the chance to showcase and receive written feedback about their recital, concert or competition pieces for an audience comprising some of today’s most distinguished dance industry professionals. 

The weekend will also include two classes for each dancer from BDC’s drop-in schedule. Additionally, dancers will learn and rehearse choreography at BDC to perform at the closing showcase gala in a New York City theater.

Works are considered through a comprehensive selection process. Applicants are required to submit a video/clip of the performance piece(s) they wish to present. For more information, visit www.broadwaydancecenter.com.
