Mike Esperanza’s work in performance at the Young Choreographer's FestivalA group of New York-based choreographers and dancers are uniting for a special event at The Salvatore Capezio Theater at Peridance on March 28 and 29. Dubbed “The Giving Tree”, this benefit show will bring together artists seeking to raise awareness for pediatric cancer and to contribute to finding a cure.

With all of the event’s proceeds being donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – a world leader in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases – attendees can not only enjoy quality dancing but also feel good for supporting the performance.

“We’re using our creativity, abundance and hope of the spring season to help where we can,” explains show organizer and choreographer Shelly Hutchinson. “[This show presents] a line up of beautiful dancers and big hearts. You don’t want to miss it!”

Choreographers and performers include Hutchinson, Sidra Bell, Marina Davis, Mike Esperanza, Calen J. Kurka, Jana Hicks, Marijke Eliasberg, Emily Bufferd, Teddy Tedholm, Brice Mousset, Mishay Petronelli, Lauren Adams, Derek Mitchell, Vania Vaz, Kristin Sudeikis, Jeremy McQueen, Cheryl Copeland, Justin Jo, Kristen Russell and Gigi Torres.
