Regionals underway for World-Class Talent

Touring dance competition World-Class Talent ExperienceWorld-Class Talent Experience started its 2014-15 competition season with regionals in Virginia in November. In 2015, regionals will get back underway, beginning in Tampa, Florida on January 23-25, 2015.

Directed by Shawna David, World-Class Talent Experience seeks to produce a dance competition that facilitates a happy and positive environment. There are activities planned throughout the event for competing dancers to ease any pre-performance nerves or tension. There are also surprise stage routines, master classes and exciting gifts, cash prizes and scholarships.

The competition also provides exclusive parent, teacher and studio owner perks. For parents there are special activities planned, a complimentary video of all of their studio’s routines and a free souvenir program. Three video critiques are provided to teachers for each dancer’s and/or group’s routine. Studio directors even have a special VIP room to relax in for privacy – a place to make calls, have a cup of coffee or just kick back.

Competition judges include top-notch industry professionals too, like So You Think You Can Dance alum Lauren Gottlieb, Lindsey Leduc from Giordano Dance Chicago and Michael Susten of Broadway Dance Center.

Between January and May 2015, World-Class Talent Experience will tour to 19 cities to host regional events. Nationals are set for July 5-8
at Sandler Performing Arts Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. For more information, visit www.world-classtalentexperience.com.
