Tap City is back in New York City!

With an adult program, pre professional, youth program, performances and tap events, the July 6-12th New York City Tap Festival; Tap City is sure to be a hit! Training scholarships are still available for youth aged 9-19 but hurry the deadline is May 22nd!

Performances within the festival include; Rhythm in Motion which explores boundary breaking new takes on tap by ATDF Artists in Residence. Directed and Curated by Tony Waag and Tap Future an all student showcase where all residencies (Youth, PPP, and Adult) perform.

Tap Events include many exciting options such as the Copasetic Boat Ride which is a circle Line cruise around Manhattan with live music and tap. There is also Tap Treasures which includes tours of historic locations, events and businesses that have contributed to the evolution of Tap.

There are also Tap Awards, film presentations and performances honoring 2019 awardees.
