UDMA Honors Royal Academy of Dance

United Dance Merchants of America has honored the Royal Academy of Dance with The Dedicated to Dance Award. UDMA created the prestigious Dedicated to Dance Award in 2010 to honor and celebrate industry leaders who have shown tireless resolve and unwavering dedication to the art of dance.

The RAD is the largest, most influential dance teacher training and examining body in the world.

UDMA will celebrate and honor the RAD at the 19th annual Dance Resource & Costume Show in four cities throughout the country this fall — Long Beach, Atlanta, Chicago, and New York/New Jersey. The award ceremony will take place at 6:45p.m. at the close of the Teacher Appreciation Party on Saturday, October 20th, and will culminate in a brief RAD performance.
